problem

Checking playback details or controlling several media and audio applications usually means opening a player window or a separate volume interface and leaving the current workflow.

approach

The mod injects a configurable Fluent UI player into the Windows 11 taskbar, reads Windows media sessions, falls back to active audio sessions, and exposes playback, session and per-application volume controls beside an optional WASAPI visualizer.

outcome

Media status and the most common playback and volume actions remain available at a glance without adding a separate background application or replacing Windows system files.
